The location of this hotel is great for exploring the Burlington VT area. It is in close proximity to popular attractions and there is a parade down the wall of the room that adds a fun and unique touch. the staff is friendly and they make an effort to check-in with guests to see if everything is okay.

The cleanliness of the rooms is a major drawback. There have been reports of bugs, mold, and mildew in the bathrooms.

Good location near business district and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was decent.

Room was outdated and in need of renovation. Bad smell and poor cleanliness.

Despite being an older property, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near major businesses and easy to find. the beds were quite comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. It was also nice to have access to a complimentary breakfast each morning.

Outdated Decor and Limited Amenities Although the hotel had its upsides, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. the decor was definitely outdated and gave the hotel a bit of a dingy feel.
